Our clinic is a place of solitude, welcoming and comfort. We ask that our valued clients please refrain from noisy mobile phone conversations or other behaviour which might detract from the very pleasing skinastute experience.
Furthermore, due to health and safety regulations, please be aware that our clinic is not child friendly. Should you attend your appointment with your child, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Securing Your Booking And Cancellation Policy
Just like you, we’re busy! We ask that our valued clients please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
In order to maintain our prices and continually be able to offer our clients the very best of professional service and treatments, a 50% deposit is required for treatments $30 or more at the time of booking to secure all reservations. If you can’t make your appointment, it’s OK! But we ask that you call us and cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise you may forfeit your deposit.

Confirmation Of Appointments
At Skinastute, we are fortunate enough to have a growing waiting list of loyal clients. We have found that the majority of clients who don’t respond to our text messages confirming their appointments can’t make their appointment and sometimes don’t show up, leaving it too late to offer their appointment time to another client. In order to accommodate the needs of all of our valued clients, we need to follow a stringent confirmation procedure. Your appointment will be confirmed by text two days prior to your scheduled time and you will be requested to respond ‘yes’ to confirm or ‘no’ to cancel. Your response is automatically registered on our appointment screen.
If you don’t respond, we’ll try again and call you. If we can’t reach you or do not hear from you, your appointment time may be made available to the first client on our waiting list. We hope you understand that this policy is in place for the best possible outcome for all of our clients. It allows for us to staff our clinic effectively and therefore make ourselves available to all of our clients at every opportunity possible.
What to wear
Your comfort, happiness and your skin are all so important to us. Depending on the treatment, we recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes. Some treatments are lengthy in duration and we don’t mind if you want to wear your comfy old clothes into the clinic.
